"My goal was to improve every aspect of my life with a priority to hone my painting skills - as I started to draw and paint around the age of 55 till today.

"My goal was just to see what would happen, what insights I'd get. My first solo jump after learning the technique was to my psychic twin. I was not expecting what happened. I was overwhelmed with a strong feeling of love and compassion from her as she placed her palms against mine. The following day, again in very rough shape, I lay down and this time went to another doppelganger which I'd been to before. She is a Matrix Energetics specialist. It was magical. She led me to a guest bedroom and had me lie down. I could see the rich details of the room. My guide was also there. Again, I had a beautiful rest and felt refreshed. The rest of the day I could still feel that beautiful vibration staying with me. What amazes me is the essence and energy of my doppelgangers that stay with me. It is a very alive experience.

One of my favorite experiences was when I visited my doppelganger for advice on quitting smoking. That jump also provided me with amazing detail of her world. Part way into it I realized with surprise that she's a psychologist. I received wonderful inspiration from her. She had such a calm, serene power about her. I was drawn to her book shelf and in looking at the titles, I pulled down a book on EFT. Wow, I'd never thought of using the tapping technique for stopping smoking. I had a great visit with her.
