Too often I hear of people starting the day in a flurry, leaping up out of bed with your heart racing because you’re going to be late for work. The first few minutes of your day are very important for setting the tone for the rest of your waking hours, so you should try avoid this stressful situation at all costs.
Whether you’re always feeling groggy when you wake up and need a way to energize or just really want to set the right intention from the get-go, this is a good one.
