A Breath Control Meditation for Beginners

Our meditation today marks the first in a series of meditations that will stretch your mind and expand the way you experience things in your everyday life. This breath control method is an age-old practice that’s also the perfect jumping off point for meditation beginners. It should also serve as a nice refresher for those of you who are more experienced.
