Dear Friends,
Envision the last time you felt in a state of undisturbed deep relaxation. Remember the scenery, people you were with, and state of mind you were in. Take it all in and try to experience again that feeling of being fully at ease.
I immediately picture myself on the fine-grain white sand beaches of a small Caribbean island, sitting in a chair below a sky full of blue and next to thick coconut trees. Whenever I envision myself back on on that beach I can’t help but feel calm.
