Have you ever spent hours trying to sleep but for some reason, your mind is going on hyper drive? Have you ever lied down on your bed looking at the ceiling, eyes wide open, and your entire day is flashing right before your very eyes? Have you ever done something and just repeatedly played it in your head for countless hours thinking of how it could’ve been better?

This is called reflection. When you reflect, you look into how things were in a more objective way. You criticize yourself. You analyze every aspect of a moment that has passed. You wonder… Maybe, you even regret. you detach yourself from the situation and become a mere observer.

This week, I would like to share with you a simple technique of how to change your attitude by changing your rhythm through the art of reflection.

A little motivation goes a long way…

A lot of people have great talent inside them – or talent from their alternate selves that they can tap into. But why don’t they ever try?

Many of you will simply say, because I can’t. The question is, how will you know if you don’t even try? Why do we limit ourselves and declare that we are incapable of doing something without actually testing our abilities? Is it a fear of failure? Is it a lack of confidence?

Sometimes, our hearts are like dark soil. It is rich in minerals or desires – it is ready. It is cultivated. But someone has to plant something.

Plant a little motivation and you will be surprised with what you can do.

So now I’ve put myself on a mission: I want to step beyond Facebook messages and emails, and connect with Quantum Jumpers on a deeper level. I want to meet YOU.

Burt does a live energy healing exercise on stage at the Quantum Jumping Seminar last October 2011.

How exactly? I’m looking for 5 dedicated Quantum Jumpers to spend a day with me at my home in San Diego.

I’ll show you my art collection. I’ll play a song for you on the piano. I’ll guide you through a group meditation session.

I’ll answer all your questions, and show you some top secret tips and tricks for getting more out of Quantum Jumping.

• A professional film crew will be on set to film certain parts of the day, so I’ll need you to be okay with being on camera. This footage will then be shared with the rest of the Quantum Jumping community, so they can get inspired through your stories.
• You’re welcome to apply no matter where you are in the world – but you’ll need to get yourself to San Diego. I’ll arrange transportation from one location in San Diego to my home.

This week, it’s all about love and relationships. More importantly, I want to share a little bit more about my own love and relationships.

You see, love and hatred are on the same scale. The more you love someone, the more positive you look at them. The more you hate someone, the more negative you look at them. However, love and hate are  two peas in a pod – only with different colors. This is why it is important to understand what sets them apart and how to shield yourself from going on the other side of the scale.

How much do you love your partner? Think about it for a while. Take a minute and think about your partner. Listen to your heart. What does your heart say about your partner? Is he or she perfect?

There was a time when we look at our partner with awe and admiration. It can be that first time when you looked at each other, or that time when you so desperately wanted to know his or her name. There was a moment when your partner was perfect. What happened? What happened to that image of perfection? Why did you let it go?

I have a little back to school post for you fellows this week. I want to share with you a conundrum. But first, I want to explain to you what the multiplier effect means. This is an Economics jargon that essentially talks about the effect of money being transferred from one hand to another.

This about job creation for a minute. Entrepreneurs will take a risk and invest capital on a venture. The entrepreneur has to give salaries his or her workers. The entrepreneur has to pay the people providing raw materials to him/her. The workers will spend their salaries on necessities. Maybe they will buy items from a local shop. That shop also has employees that will get their salaries.

Momentum is created when money is passed from one person to the next. The momentum is so great it will give you a headache if you think about it too long. What does it have to do with Quantum Jumping? Watch the video below and let me explain the wonders of  this conundrum.

I have talked about radionics in the previous weeks. Basically, radionics is the power of healing a person by channeling energy through his or her picture.

Have you found your true purpose? They say, living a purposeless life is not living at all. But how do we find it? How can we make sure that it’s the only one? Will it ever change? Will it ever evolve?

A lot of questions surround the idea of our true purpose. As the universe is limitless, so as our true purpose. This is what I want to talk about this week. I wanted to share my own true purpose, how i found it, and how you may find it as well.

If you will rank all the aspects of your life, which one will you think rank the highest that you feel most confident about? Sometimes, we have insecurities and we tend to dwell on them. We like to look at our weaknesses and obsess about them. But this is counter productive. Nobody is good in everything. If we focus on our weakness, then we bring down ourselves and we have a tendency to forget that we are actually good in something.
