We often hear people talking about “finding inner peace” – but what does it really mean to be at peace with oneself? Philosophers, poets, and psychologists have long been trying to answer this question. The truth is that feeling at peace has to do with a lot more than you might think. You might say that someone who is at peace with him/herself is living in harmony with every aspect of his or her being. So what does inner peace look like?
- Having the ability to forgive when wronged – both yourself and others.
- Maintaining calm even in the wake of stressful situations.
- Not letting your mood or mannerisms get affected by circumstances.
- Accepting every aspect of yourself – your physical appearance, your characteristics, your abilities.
- Taking responsibility for your own actions.
- Speaking the truth always.
- Expressing gratitude, love, and acceptance.
- Showing compassion towards others.
Sometimes we fail to realize that within each of us is a higher self that is totally at peace. This higher self represents the culmination of your individual potential. Imagine for a moment that there are parallel universes, and within each one is a replica – a version of you. That replica was exactly the same as you at birth, but has had different experiences throughout life, causing him or her to develop different abilities, qualities, and skills. Now imagine that there are an infinite number of these beings inhabiting an infinite number of alternate universes. This vast group represents your total potential and your higher self. By accessing the information that these replicas of you have, you can experience the inner peace that is housed within your higher self. Quantum Jumping is an advanced visualization technique that will help you to realize this potential and find peace.

Searching for Inner Peace? Look No Further …
As humans it’s natural for us to want to feel happy, secure in ourselves, and at peace with our surroundings. That’s been our quest for hundreds of years. Certainly the goal of finding peace hasn’t changed in the twenty-first century, but the environment sure has. The following are some tips for achieving a sense of calm amidst the chaos of the modern era:
1. Keep it simple!
It’s easier to feel calm and at peace when your life is simple. But it can be difficult to actively simplify your life when you’re constantly processing information that you take in. It helps to set limits on the amount of time you spend “hooked up” – i.e. playing video games, checking your email inbox, browsing the internet, or watching reruns. People existed happily for hundreds of years without these things, and today they’re contributing to a worldwide stress epidemic, so make sure to limit your exposure.
2. Do what you love.
You’ve heard it before and I’ll say it again – life is short. Think about it – do you want to spend your time doing things that you have no interest in doing? Sure, we all have to do a few things that we don’t want to do from time to time. But if you really hate your job, or you feel like all of your time is going into activities that don’t promote your own happiness, you might want to rethink how you’re spending your time.
3. Manage your emotions.
Humans were meant to be emotional! It’s normal to feel sadness at times and happiness at other times. When you’re at peace with yourself, you don’t lose your ability to feel emotion – instead, you’re able to recognize your emotions, identify why you might be feeling a particular way, and deal with those emotions constructively.
4. Know yourself.
Spend time alone. Don’t be afraid to learn more about yourself, so that you can come to a point of self-acceptance. If there’s some aspect of your personality that you don’t like, work towards changing it.
5. Visualize your future.
Through the Quantum Jumping visualization method, you can begin to understand the huge amount of potential that rests inside of you. Recognizing this potential and coming to accept yourself as a person is the key to finding inner peace.
