Within each of an infinite number of parallel universes is a person that is just like you. These people are your twin-selves, and they are carrying out your life as it might be if one small detail was different. They represent your infinite potential and carry a myriad of skills, talents, and abilities beyond your wildest dreams. One of your twin-selves is a politician, another is a professional athlete, and still another is a poet. Just imagine the wealth of knowledge these people carry. They are your ticket to accomplishing whatever your heart desires.

When you practise Quantum Jumping, you get a glimpse of your life as it might be if you actually go through with the change you would like to make. Imagine seeing yourself as an accomplished musician or a respected researcher. Quantum Jumping can help you to visualize exactly how your life will change when you lose weight, reduce your stress levels, or land the job of your dreams. You’ve probably been told more than once to “look on the bright side” or “keep your chin up” when dealing with a problem. A lot of the time, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of difficulties can be easier said than done. Problems that seemingly have no solution can become totally overwhelming, consuming all of our mental energy and causing us to despair. These types of situations lead to negative or pessimistic ways of thinking, constant complaining, a shift in focus from good to bad, or a loss of faith in the idea that everything will turn out in the end. So what do you do when a positive attitude seems beyond your reach?
Maintaining your positivity doesn’t mean ignoring the bad things that you will inevitably have to deal with in life. Instead, it’s a coping mechanism that can help you to calmly address undesirable situations. We all deal with these situations from time to time, and while it’s unreasonable to expect to feel positive all the time – negative emotions are normal, too – having a positive outlook can help you to deal with unpleasant life events.
Stress is your body’s physiological and psychological response to the events, situations, and people you encounter in life. Although it’s completely natural to experience stress from time to time, too much stress can definitely have a negative impact on how healthy you feel. Over the long term, too much stress can contribute to illness by increasing your susceptibility to the common cold and flu, weakening your body’s immune response, and causing heart problems such as high blood pressure. Too much stress is also bad for your mental health; depression, anxiety, and addiction can all be brought on by the experience of stress.
Quantum Jumping combines age-old relaxation techniques with the latest neuroscience research. It involves shifting your brain waves to reach the Alpha Level. In a nutshell, the neurons in your brain are firing at different rates. These rates correspond to what you are doing at the time, for instance if you’re sleeping your brain rhythm operates at a lower frequency, as compared to when you are awake. The Alpha Level is a frequency slightly lower than that of wakefulness, but higher than the sleep state. It’s a state of complete mental relaxation; when you’ve trained yourself to jump to the Alpha Level of alertness you can release your worries and anxieties, and defeating or disruptive thoughts don’t enter your head.
What are you afraid of? Our most common fears can be grouped into several categories or classes. There are situational fears such as claustrophobia, fear of flying, fear of heights, fear of being in a crowd (agoraphobia), or fear of public speaking. There are animal fears – dogs, rats, bats, insects, spiders, snakes, etc. There are environmental fears, such as fear of water, fear of storms, and fear of natural disasters. Injury/blood/injection fears involve experiences with nurses, doctors, and dentists. Finally, some people fear the unknown, including death, extra-terrestrials, or ghosts.
How does Quantum Jumping enable you to do away with fear? It involves three simple but effective steps towards a life free of unnecessary fear.
Some people go out of their way to be disagreeable, unfriendly, or unaccommodating. For instance, there’s the boss who is constantly disgruntled and displeased with his employees, the person who sees it fit to rudely cut in front of you in line for a movie, or the neighbor who purposely blows leaves onto your yard. These people take being difficult to a whole new level, where a my-way-or-the-highway mentality prevails. Learning how to deal with difficult people is an art form in itself.
It’s natural to feel worked up when you fall prey to a nasty person. When you practice Quantum Jumping, you learn how to release the stress you experience after an attack. Through an ancient technique called the “Bagha” you can learn to immediately reach a state of extreme calm. When you’re not worked up by someone who is treating you rudely, you’re not only less likely to act out in the moment; you’re also less likely to give that person the satisfaction of getting a reaction.

It’s the morning before the race. Competitor A is with her coach, going over her race strategy. It’s the 400 meter dash; she’ll have to get out of the blocks quickly at the pace of a sprinter. Then she’ll have to keep a steady pace until the 200 meter-mark, where she’ll pick up her speed until the final stretch. On the way to the finish line she’ll have to use every ounce of energy she has left. She only hopes that it will be enough to cross the finish line first.
Quantum Jumping is based on the idea that there are alternate universes. Think about it – how much can we really know about reality when we’re confined to the third dimension? Physicists and astronomers have advocated for the existence of parallel universes for a long time now; it only makes sense to realize that there are an infinite number of you out there, carrying out all of the different directions your life may have taken. These people are called your ‘twin-selves,’ and they have a lot of information to share with you. You’re twin selves can show you your own endless potential to succeed; one of your twin-selves is a millionaire, another is a rock-star – maybe one of them is even a professional athlete. Wouldn’t you like to talk to that person and teach yourself how to visualize success?
People who are able to approach problems with a ‘glass-is-half-full’ mentality are more likely to live longer. Doctors have also linked positive thinking to stronger immune functioning, which means lower susceptibility to the common cold and flu. Positive thinkers are also more likely to be in good shape – thereby reaping the benefits of being physically fit and attractive. Finally, they have a lower risk of dying from cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure.
Obviously, optimists have pretty high spirits in general. They’re less likely to experience depression and anxiety, and they’re more likely to report feeling better psychologically, as compared to the pessimistic lot. Interestingly, they’re also able to manage stress and cope better in times of distress.
It’s pretty intuitive – we all want to be around people who are happy. No one likes to spend time with someone who is consistently down in the dumps, because moods are contagious. Whether you’re dating or just going out with friends, thinking positive thoughts and communicating those thoughts with others makes you good company.
It seems like every office has one of these people. It’s someone who is consistently in a bad mood, always complaining, and continuously spewing negativity. In most cases that person seems incapable of moving up the corporate ladder, destined to work the same job forever. Why? Negative people don’t attract positive things. In a work environment, someone who is negative all the time is like poison to the productivity of the other works and so they cannot move forward.
Positive thinking doesn’t mean living in your own little world and ignoring the difficulties you will inevitably encounter as you journey through life. On the contrary, learning to think positively is a way of dealing with your problems optimistically. When you face an obstacle, you approach it with the mindset that everything will turn out in the end. Instead of automatically thinking the worst when something happens, and launching yourself into a downward spiral of worry and anxiety, you have confidence that everything will be okay.
With the help of your twin-selves, you can finally understand how to get over someone. And when you do, you’ll start feeling like a whole person again. You’ll be able to focus on other things, without being constantly drawn back to thinking about that person. What’s more, learning to truly let go of someone you once loved can help you to start appreciating yourself and living your life to the fullest. With this renewed frame of mind, you put yourself in a better position to meet someone else naturally, without having to force yourself to jump into the dating scene again.
Stress has been called the “twentieth century disease” by the United Nations and a “worldwide epidemic” by the World Health Organization (WHO). It’s plain to anyone that our existence in the modern world is inexorably reliant on instantaneous information and moment-to-moment technological updates – a plank-walk towards exhaustion and symptoms of stress.
Luckily, the modern era has also come with important developments in terms of understanding our own brains. We now know that there is a way to naturally reduce stress, by consciously altering brain waves. Through an exercise called quantum jumping, you can learn to decrease the frequency of your brain waves in order to enable total relaxation. It’s called the Alpha Level, and it’s your ticket to experiencing calm instead of stress. Quantum jumping enables you to actually change the neural activity in your brain for the better.
If you’re feeling symptoms of stress, the first thing you need to do to move towards relaxation is learn how to calm your mind. Quantum jumping enables you to achieve this state of mental relaxation, where you can actually prevent negative, distracting and disabling thoughts from entering your brain. If you’re concerned about risking your current or future health, take some time to find out how to make the quantum leap towards relaxation.
